Easy steps to achieve the iconic Chemex-based Coffee:
Step 1 – Establish a triple-fold of your Chemex Filter and place it in your Chemex
Step 2 – Drip hot water in your filter to fit the shape of Chemex and discard the water
Step 3 – Place your coffee grounds in your Chemex Filter. As a starting point, we recommend using 50 grams of coffee and 700 grams of water and adjust according to your taste.
Step 4 – Pour hot water until grounds are saturated; stir it to maximize your coffee. Make sure to pour your hot water in a spiral motion. Repeat this step until you reach your desired amount.
Step 5 – Let it drip and wait for it to brew. After that, you can now enjoy the classic Chemex hot coffee!
