PCQC Entry Coffee (Limited Supply)
This coffee is from the excess PCQC entry of Florencia Inojales for the year 2022. Double stage fermentation wherein 5-day fermentation of coffee cherries, pulped and another 3-day fermentation for the coffee pulp. This refines the sweetness, and acidity, and adds distinguished sensorial notes. Flavor notes are reminiscent of caramel sweetness, green apple, orange, pecan nuts, and hints of green bell pepper when coffee is cooled down. Her entry from the previous year earned her the 8th position in the PCQC Arabica coffee category.
This year 2022, she did not make it to the top 10 unfortunately, but her produce is still of high quality.
